LVSTR Store Music
Terms
Version 2026-10-07
LVSTR Store Music is a store-music service: central control of playlists and schedules through this portal, with offline-first playback on the stores' devices. The service is provided by Lovestjärna Consulting AB (organisation number 559085-7842, Ekåsvägen 1, 504 75 Borås, Sweden) to companies under individual company agreements. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Full terms of service are provided when signing a company agreement — contact us at support@lvstrstoremusic.com.
- Account responsibility: the customer is responsible for their user accounts and for keeping login credentials secure.
- Music licensing: LVSTR Store Music is a playback and management tool — it does not include, grant or sublicense any rights to music, recordings or streams. The customer is solely responsible for obtaining and paying for all rights and public performance licences required to play content in their premises — for both the composition and the recording — typically from the collecting societies in each market where they operate (for example STIM and SAMI in Sweden, PPL PRS in the United Kingdom, GEMA in Germany, ASCAP and BMI in the United States). This applies to all content played through the service, whether the customer's own files, cloud-synced or uploaded material, or streamed channels.
- Streams and third-party content: internet radio streams and other third-party sources are provided by their respective owners, not by LVSTR Store Music. The customer must ensure that each source's terms permit commercial and public playback. Consumer music services (for example personal Spotify or Apple Music accounts) must not be used for playback in business premises.
- No content review; claims: LVSTR Store Music does not review, monitor or verify the content customers play and accepts no responsibility for it. The customer bears any fees, claims or costs from rights holders or collecting societies arising from content played through the service and holds LVSTR Store Music harmless against such claims.
- Availability: the service is provided as is without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability; playback is built to keep working offline during outages.
- Governing law: Swedish law applies to these terms and to the company agreements.
